I drew this trio this morning, with a throbbing wisdom tooth erupting from my gums. That is exactly how it feels, very Tower-like actually. I saw the dentist last year and was told it’s best to try to retain it as it is getting used, and will most likely only flare up occasionally. I guess today is the lucky occasion 🙂
So I am having some Hermit time and pouring clove essential oil over it to numb it when it gets too much. Fingers crossed it will start subsiding in a couple of days like it did last time. I am very impressed with my dentist though, he’s a bit unconventional which is great. Despite the pain now and then, I’d rather retain most of my teeth too 🙂 He even managed to save what would normally be a root canal job, doing a superb crown job for which I happily paid $1700…
So today I’m just trying to lie in the sun and not do much. I have a stomach ache as well, just to enrich the experience. At least there’s Renewal, or healing, in the end: there’s a light at the end of the tunnel for sure.
I’m amusing myself by watching the antics of the Australian Ibis, who seemed to have taken quite the liking for our garden. Possibly because we have no cats or dogs or snakes or dingoes roaming about.
Update for the astro fans: I checked what is going on with my birth chart, and I have tranisting Mars and Jupiter (both conjunct) exactly opposite my natal Venus in Capricorn, Capricorn being the sign that rules teeth. Pluto is also not far off my natal Venus too, about 3 degrees away, but I think it’s Mars that is the root cause here, excuse the pun.
